Elsie’s Kitchen has been serving a diverse array of local and heritage culinary treasures since 1954. Our customers delight in being able to choose from an ever evolving menu of traditional and modern classics, created by our committed chefs who champion the best of Asia’s culinary skills and traditions.

We have also been serving the local and wider community for half a decade and are engaged as a long-term strategic partner for business-continuity, supporting multiple public institutions in their operations in times of crises or emergencies. Our clients range from members of the healthcare industry and education sector to military and government industries, catering over 20,000 meals daily on average.

With over 57,000 square feet we call home, we are divided into multiple sectors to host our corporate office, kitchen and logistic facilities. We are currently one of the largest central kitchens in Singapore.

Our central kitchen is ISO22000, bizSAFE3 and Halal-certified, which abides with SFA guidelines in serving buffet and catered meals.
