When should I place my order?

All orders should be placed about a week before event date to ensure availability and to accommodate to any special requests

What types of corporate events do you cater to?

We cater to a wide range of corporate events. Elsie’s Kitchen is a catering company in Singapore that businesses can approach for meetings, seminars, office lunches, networking sessions, and company gatherings. We also assign a sales person specialised in corporate events to ensure your event is the best it can be!

What does your catering service include?

Our standard service includes food delivery, set up and tear down. We also offer options for staffed events, where our team will assist with serving and event management.

Why do I only have 2 hours to consume my food?

Based on SFA guidelines, food is best consumed within 4 hours from the time it is cooked at our central kitchen. We will need to allocate at least 2 hours for food packing, delivery and setup, excluding any unforeseen circumstances during the delivery process. Hence, it is advisable to consume the food within 2 hours upon arrival.
