1. All our festive goodies are made-to-order and ready-to-eat.
2. Transport charges for Festive Side Orders is $50.00 if delivery is required. Please note that delivery will only be applicable for orders above $250.
3. For orders below $250, only self-collection will be available at 21 Second Chin Bee Road, Singapore 618780
4. The weight stated is based on the food before it is cooked. Customers are to note that the turkey, chicken & fish may lose its weight/mass after cooking.
5. Food carving tools will not be provided.
6. All prices are subjected to GST.
7. Christmas Menus will be available from 15th Nov 2023 to 31st Dec 2023.
8. Not valid with any other promotions, merchant/member's discounts or corporate/government contractual agreements.
9. Vegetarian options are available upon request.
10. Food is best consumed within the SFA's stipulated timing; 2 hours upon arrival.
11. Kindly allow a minimum of 3 working days for us to process your order.
12. Additional surcharge of $2.00 per pax will be applicable for Mini Party Set and Bento menus and $3.00 per pax will be applicable for all standard buffet menus and Tea Reception menus from 15th Dec to 31st Dec 2023.
13. An additional surcharge is applicable for deliveries to CBD, Jurong Island, Sentosa island and event venues without lift access/ lift landing.
14. For venues without a direct lift, a surcharge of $80 per level applies. Deliveries without a direct lift are limited to a maximum of 3 levels.
15. All items are subject to availability. Elsie's Kitchen Catering reserves the right to exchange dishes to another of equivalent value due to seasonality
