2. A complete Tea Reception setup with tables, skirting, and warmers. A full set of disposable wares, serviettes, trash bins, and bags will be provided.
3. Transport charge of $90 (before GST) applies if the total food bill is below $1500 (before GST). Additional surcharge applies for deliveries made to CBD, Sentosa Island denoted by the first 2 digits of the postal code: 01, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 17, 18, 19, 22 & 23. Additional $100 surcharge applies to Jurong Island with minimum order of $2000.
4. Early surcharge — ready 7am–7.30am ($150), 6am–6.30am ($200). Minimum value of $600 food value.
5. For venues without a direct lift, a surcharge of $80 per level applies. Deliveries without a direct lift are limited to a maximum of 3 levels.
6. Food is best consumed within 2 hours upon arrival, in line with SFA’s stipulated timeline.
7. Vegetarian & non-spicy options are available upon request.
8. All menus and promotions are not applicable to official partner venues or contracted venues.
9. Additional surcharge of $2.00 (before GST) per pax will be applicable for Mini Party Set and Bento Menus, and $3.00 (before GST) per pax will be applicable for all standard buffet menus and tea reception menus from 15th Dec to 31st Dec 2025.
