Terms & Conditions

1. Please note that there will be no buffet line set up for the Lunar Harvest sets. 2. All dishes will be packed in disposable wares including cutlery, serviettes and trash bags. 3. Transport charges for Lunar Harvest SET A/SET B are at $85.00 ($92.65 w/GST) if delivery is required. 4. The delivery charge will be waived for orders above $1000 ($1090.00 w/GST), except from 28th Jan to 31st Jan 2025. 5. Regular menus will not be available during 28th Jan to 31st Jan 2025. 6. All CNY Menus & goodies will be available from 1st Jan to 28th Feb 2025 7. Additional surcharge of $3.00 ($3.27 w/GST) per pax will be applicable for selected regular menus from 17th Jan 2025 to 12th Feb 2025 8. Vegetarian options are available upon request. 9. Kindly allow a minimum of 3 working days for us to process your order. 10. Food is best consumed within the SFA's stipulated timing; 2 hours upon arrival. 11. Not valid with any other promotions, merchant/member's discounts or corporate/government contractual agreements. 12. For venues without a direct lift, a surcharge of $80 per level applies. Deliveries without a direct lift are limited to a maximum of 3 levels. 13. Kindly allow 30 minutes grace period before/after the stipulated delivery time due to peak season of unforeseen circumstances and peak season 14. All items are subject to availability. Elsie's Kitchen Catering reserves the right to exchange dishes to another of equivalent value due to seasonality
